In Memoriam –
Frank Lacko
November 2, 1955 – March 23, 2017
A beautiful life, a wonderful man. He will be missed.
Dear friends,
Frank Lacko passed away in March 2017 after a valiant battle with pancreatic cancer. He fought a courageous battle, together we tried to beat the odds. My light is gone and my heart is broken.
To all of you that I know personally or we formed bonds of friendship through dogs or Facebook, I am overwhelmed by your kind messages full of love, admiration and great memories of my Frank. I would love to answer to all of you personally – too many to thank… Please accept this THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for all the love you are sending my way. I read them all and each one fills part of the hole in my heart left by loss of him.
Please consider: Because of his dedication and devotion to the breeding, training and prosperity of Vizslas, Frank and his family asked the Vizsla Club of America Welfare Foundation to establish and manage the Frank Lacko Memorial Cancer Research Fund for directed donations. This fund will be used to support research to find the causes and cures of the various forms of cancer that affect our beloved breed.
More information regarding the fund, along with information on how to donate, can be found on the VCA website link here.
Thank you
Martha Lacko
